01 · The plan

Start with a plan you can share.

Tell us what you sell and who you want to reach. We research your business, recommend the companies and buyer roles to target, choose the campaign approach and write the complete script.

You get a PDF game plan and the full script. Use them with your own team, or ask Coseek to run the campaign, and ask for a private quote and relevant call recordings if you are considering it.

IT support for multi-site businesses

Start with
Businesses with several sites and a central IT team.
Speak to
The person responsible for IT across those sites.
Ask about
What happens when a problem needs someone on site, and how long that takes.
Leave out
Businesses with a fully staffed IT team at every location. They feel the problem least.
The full plan includes the complete script: opening, discovery questions and answers to the objections your buyers raise.

02 · Preparation

We build the campaign around what you sell.

We start from your product knowledge, sales material and best clients, choose the accounts and the reason for calling, and write the script. We research accounts across LinkedIn and the open web, find the right people and their mobile numbers, and exclude your customers, live deals and anyone you name.

The same product can need a different opening for each buyer. For a supplier selling to health clubs:

Procurement buyer

Lead with fewer suppliers.

Someone buying across several sites cares about consolidating orders, so the call opens there.

“How many suppliers do you order dispensers, toiletries and cleaning products from today?”

Member experience lead

Lead with the brand.

Someone responsible for how the club feels cares about custom-branded products members notice.

“What do members see in the changing rooms that carries your brand today?”

03 · Calling

We make the calls and act on the answers.

Your rep opens the conversations, follows the buyer’s answers and handles callbacks. When someone points us to a colleague, we research the right person and prepare the next call around the referral. Email picks up the details when a buyer asks for more.

Our sales manager reviews selected calls and practises with the rep every working day, and the list, questions and delivery improve as the campaign runs.

200
Planned calls a day
Dialled by your rep, every working day.
20–30
Connects
A live person answers.
10–20
Live conversations
A useful exchange with the buyer or someone who points us to them.

04 · Handoff

Your sales team picks up with the context.

Every meeting reaches your team with who the buyer is, why they fit, what they told us and what they agreed the meeting is for. You decide who takes it, by account or territory.

Then tell us whether the meeting happened, whether the fit held and what the buyer wants next:

  1. 01You rate the meeting
  2. 02We adjust the list
  3. 03The rep practises the change
  4. 04The next calls improve

Questions

What firms ask before starting.

Want to hear the calls first? Ask for recordings with your free game plan.

Can we review calls during the campaign?

Yes. We agree reporting and call-review access before launch, so your team knows where to find meeting notes and recordings. You can also ask for relevant example recordings with your free game plan.

How does this fit with our CRM and calendars?

We agree the calendar, recipients and where meeting details go during preparation. If meetings need routing between territories or straight into your CRM, we set that up with you before launch.

How soon can we start?

We agree a start date around the research, list building and rep preparation, which all happen before the first day of calling and at our cost. Billing starts when calling starts.

Who takes the meetings on our side?

Whoever you choose. One person can take every meeting, or different people can cover different accounts and territories. We settle it before calling begins.
